As part of a huge reform project on behalf of our Scandinavian clients, the
photos give you a snapshot and insight into the building process and how the
villa looked before and after.
– Transformation of an unused basement area by subdividing into sections
to create 2 new bedrooms, stunning cinema room, games room, gymnasium and a
new bathroom with sauna
– Installation of 2 large, complex window designs. The design enhances the
light and highlights the magnificent views and creates a focal point for the
main house
– Old sliding patio doors converted into bi-folding doors to enhance the room
space and light to the terrace
– We enlarged this villas lounge bay window by knocking down the wall and
replacing it with state-of-the-art bi-folding glass doors to maximise light
and space. You can now appreciate the breathtaking views which were
previously blocked by the old window design – just how our clients wanted,
to be able to sit and enjoy the wonderful views.
– Traditional kitchen into contemporary makeover
– Terraces all enlarged and retiled to provide more outside space
– Designed and built a new barbeque area to clients’ specifications with new
bespoke pizza and BBQ oven
